*Maintenance and consumables for the life of the copier

This means that we will service and repair your photocopier for the life of the service contract you can take out with us when you purchase a photocopier. This contract states that we will charge you a price per copy/print for colour and mono. In exchange for this fee we will repair and maintain your photocopier at no cost. This also includes all parts, labour and consumables. Consumables covers : all toners and waste toners.

For example if you were to lease a Utax CDC 1930 and pay 4.5 pence per colour copy and 0.5 pence per mono copy. If you print out 100 colour copies and 500 mono copies a month your bill would be £7.50. This charge would cover any repairs your copier needed or toner needed to print. That is all you will pay.
