Example of how to fill out your meter reading online.

Below you will see how to fill out your online meter reading form correctly so that you are entered in to our prize draw. Under meter details please provide us with all the information your photocopier/printer gives you. Below the screen shot you will find walk through guides on how to obtain meter readings from Canon devices, Utax devices, and Oki devices.

PLEASE NOT YOUR METER READING CODES MAY BE DIFFERENT, FOR EXAMPLE CODE '124' ONLY APPEARS ON COLOUR PHOTOCOPIERS.


How to obtain Canon meter readings.

Canon meter readings can be obtained by pressing the '123' key that is located on the copiers key panel.

You will then see a list of codes down the left hand side with readings to the right of each key. Please include all these codes and readings in the 'Meter details' box as shown above.

 

How to obtain Utax meter readings.

Utax meter readings can be obtained by selecting SYSTEM on the photocopier/printer screen, then select MENU followed by COUNTER. You will either be asked to print the counters or they will be displayed on the screen.

Please list all the reading available.

 

How to obtain Oki meter readings.

Oki meter readings can be obtained by locating the counter key on the system screen.
