No cost, No fee - Just free!
We are currently running a "free printers for schools" promotion for a limited period. It is very simple. A brand new printer is supplied and installed for free with no hidden costs. The device supplied will be based on your requirements, we can install mono or colour printers or a multifunctional device depending on your needs. The printer could be used to replace an older existing device or as an additional machine for an area handling high capacities. You pay only for the prints you do, and we take care of the rest. You will be provided with all the toner, replacement parts (if necessary) and labour to service the machine as standard at no cost.
And the catch?
The only cost to you is a copy price per print so we agree on a price for mono prints and for colour upfront with you and if we know what you currently use we can usually equal or better the current page price. The machine itself is free so it is a substantial saving in that there is no capital investment or lease, and you will never need to source or buy consumables as we provide them as standard. We have an excellent feature called Remote-Sol that allows the machine to automatically notify us when your toner levels are low, so we can dispatch a new cartridge before you actually need it. Essentially the machine orders its own consumables so you don't have to call us or keep any stock.
The machine is free so there is absolutely no lease charges or costs for the equipment. We will service it and maintain as standard, as we do all our machines. You are not required to print any specific volume, if you print 1,000 pages a month that's what you pay for and if you print nothing for a month you pay nothing. This offer is based on a 30 day cancellation notice for both parties for any reason so therefore if you or we decide to cancel the arrangement this can be done at any time with 30 days notice, the printer is then returned to e-solutions. There is no fixed term contract.
Once we have provided a free device we aim to prove ourselves in terms of the on-going service we provide and the excellent reliability of our machines and we hope that you consider us if replacing subsequent print or copy devices in the future but this is entirely at your discretion. The free printer will be serviced and maintained and no additional charges added to the agreement for as long as you choose to keep it.
