Newsletter May 2011

Welcome to our first newsletter. Every few months we hope to bring you an article or two that you’ll at least find interesting if not useful.

Today’s offices are a far cry from 20 years ago, but the fact is that the same issues still exist. Technology has come a long way but sometimes it can hinder rather than help. If our article on whether Free Printers really do grow on trees doesn’t grab you then the feature on why photocopiers don’t call for help may have a certain resonance. Either way we hope you like them. If you have any comments or suggestions for our newsletter we’d be happy to hear them.

So why in today’s world can’t they tell us something is wrong so we can do sort it out before that important deadline looms...?
