If you take out a service contract we guarantee all parts and labour on the photocopier for the life of your service contract. We will repair and maintain the photocopier at no cost. You will never be charged for a part or the labour needed to repair the photocopier. The service contract also includes toner. The only charge you incur is a price per page printed.
For example if your contract states 4 pence per colour print and you print 350 colour prints the total you will pay is £14. This includes all the toner, parts and labour.
